Job Opportunity: Motorcycle Rider

Location: Dubai , UAE

Position Type: Full-Time

Al Aseel Recruitment is currently representing a dynamic company in the search for a Motorcycle Rider

Job Description

Noon Food – Commissioned Based starting 8.5 aed per order + Tips + Long Distance (Petrol , food, accommodation own by Rider )

Noon Mints – Commissioned Based starting 8.5 aed per order + Tips + Long Distance

Careem – Commissioned Based starting 10.5 aed per order + Tips + Long Distance (Petrol , food, accommodation own by Rider ))

Amazon – Salary 3000 + Tips + Long Distance (Petrol from the company )

Pharmacy– Salary 3000 + Tips + Long Distance (Petrol , food, accommodation own by Rider )

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

Salary will be paid on commission basis.

Please refer to the attached offer letter for the rider payout & deduction details on different clients.

Minimum 10-12 hours duty as per client’s requirement.

The assets such as Bike, Sim card (Minutes & data),Uniform, Delivery box, Helmet etc., will be provided by the company.

Rider recruitment platforms will be decided & assigned by the company as per available clients’ demands upon their requirement. However, rider will be having an earning platform at any given point of time.

Additional Bonus/Incentives will be issued upon the rider’s performance.

Visa & License Process: Company will provide below mentioned facilities:

Employment visa valid for 2 years.

Labour card & Emirates ID (As per UAE labour law)

Health insurance upon completion of visa stamping process (valid for 2 years)

Workman compensation insurance whenever its applicable.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
  • 1 years of experience as a motorcycle rider
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of UAE roads and routes
  • Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
